Items of nightwear within this gift can be exchanged for the same items in alternate sizes (stock levels permitting) or other lingerie items of equivalent value. Please contact us at hello@treatly.uk before returning for this option.

In the unlikely event any item contained within the gift is damaged or defective or where any of the contents are missing just drop us an email and we will get it sorted.

If you would like to return this gift for a refund, it must be returned as a whole including all of the contents in their original condition (nightwear items can be tried on over her own underwear but otherwise all contents should be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed and with all labels still attached).

No refunds shall be given in relation to any of the contents returned separately or if items are returned used, worn etc.
