As we know that you won’t want to wait for your first parcel, we dispatch it as quickly as possible, usually within a few working days. Each month after this, we take payment on your scheduled date and dispatch soon after, usually within a week of payment, via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If anything ever doesn’t fit, flatter or look as fabulous as you’d like, then feel free to send it back to us within 30 days of receipt in new condition (tags still on etc.). If you'd like an exchange, we'll include a replacement in your next box, so you'll receive 2 sets that month instead. If a replacement isn't available, we'll contact you to arrange a refund.
