Can I customise the subscription?

Yes — you’ll set your sizing and style preferences at checkout. If you'd like to make changes later, simply contact customer service and we'll update them for you.

What happens if the lingerie doesn’t fit?

If something doesn’t fit or feel right, you can return it within 30 days. We’ll include a replacement in your next box or arrange a refund — whichever you prefer.

Is shipping included?

Yes — UK delivery is always free. Your subscription will arrive in beautiful packaging through your letterbox each month.

Does the subscription auto-renew?

No. Treatly subscriptions are one-off plans that do not auto-renew. You're only charged once unless you choose to re-subscribe.

Yes — just email our team and we’ll arrange to pause or skip a month for you, extending your subscription by one box.

Can I add a personal message if it's a gift?

Yes. You can leave a custom message at checkout. We’ll include it on a dispatch note in the first box.

What types of lingerie are included?

Each box features a curated lingerie outfit — either matching sets or nightwear — from top-end designers selected to suit your preferences.

Delviery and Returns

As we know that you won’t want to wait for the first parcel, we dispatch it as quickly as possible and usually within 1 working day. Each month after this we will then take payment on the 15th of the month (but just email us if you’d prefer a different date) and we dispatch soon after this Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

If anything ever doesn’t fit, flatter or look as fabulous as you’d like, then feel free to send it back to us within 30 days of reciept in new condition (tags still on etc.), and we’ll include 2 sets the following month instead.
