Treatly Lingerie Subscription UK Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY - UK

  • We bend over backwards (and every other direction) to dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible and for the first box this is usually within 1 working day. UK delivery is free and via the 2nd Class “Royal Mail Signed For” delivery service. Royal mail aims to deliver parcels within 2-3 working days. TREATLY® cannot be held responsible for any delays to delivery as a result of factors outside of our control e.g. adverse weather conditions. For all the following month's of the subscription, we aim to ship within 7 working days but it is usually much quicker than this.
  • All orders will require a signature on receipt as we want to make sure your purchases get to the right person. If nobody is home to sign, your order will be returned to the local Royal Mail depot and instructions will be left about how to arrange re-delivery.
  • You can opt to have your purchases delivered to an address other than the payment card billing address. Simply untick the “Same as billing address” box next to the “Delivery Address” label on the payment screen when you place your order and enter your shipping address. We cannot redirect/ change the delivery address on an order once it has been processed.
  • Your purchases are carefully and securely packed in beautiful and discrete packaging. The printed address label and postage marks will be the only markings visible on the outside of your package. If you have any further queries about deliveries, please email us at hello@treatly.uk

DELIVERY - INTERNATIONAL

Delivery is via the “Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For” delivery service. TREATLY® cannot be held responsible for any delays to delivery as a result of factors outside of our control e.g. adverse weather conditions. For all the following month's of the subscription, we aim to ship within 7 working days but it is usually much quicker than this.
  • Europe the cost is £14.99 per delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-5 working days. Any import duties are customers own responsibility.
  • Rest of World the cost is £19.99 per delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 5-7 working days. Any import duties are customers own responsibility.
  • All orders will require a signature on receipt as we want to make sure your purchases get to the right person. If nobody is home to sign, instructions will be left about how to arrange re-delivery.

RETURNS

  • If you wish to return your purchase, it must be sent back to us at the following address within 30 days of you receiving your order:-

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all labels attached. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is soiled.
  • We recommend that you send your return back to us via recorded delivery and retain the proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for returned orders that are lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your item and these costs are non-refundable. If 30 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • When you return your purchase, please let us know whether you need a refund or exchange:-

Exchanges: We can only exchange your purchase for items of the same value. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 7 days or with your next Subscription Box. If a replacement is not available, we will contact you to confirm a refund. Please allow the usual shipping times for exchanges. TREATLY® will pay for the dispatch of your replacement order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to exchange it for a more expensive or cheaper item, then we will refund you the full price of the original purchase and you can place a second order on TREATLY® website.

Refunds: If you request a refund and it is approved, refunds should appear in the account used to make the purchase within 2 weeks of receiving your return. We will not make refunds to a third party. We will email you to let you know the approval or rejection of your refund request and, if approved, to notify you when your refund has been processed. If you haven’t received your refund within two weeks, check with your bank and then contact us.
